No wonder that you have heard and known atleast a bit about corona. Every headline, every news that we hear in these days are about this snooping topic "Corona". Are you tired of hearing same thing again and again? Do you think that it's enough hearing about this viral infection. Ifso, read this out to findout whether you still need to hear and talk about Corona or not.

Although the word "Corona" became familiar to lay people in the very recent past, this was not a new word for medical people. No need to ask that, you have had experienced of runny nose, cold atleast a couple of times a year. So unknowingly, a higher percentage of you have had infected with corona. because the most common causative agent of common cold is Corona. The new thing to Corona is COVID 19 which you are fed up of hearing and which you are going to do the same now as well. 😉

Covid 19 is a viral infection caused by SARS-CoV-2. They have the capability of causing lower respiratory tract infections. If you are alert about corona, you may already know about its transmission. Although it is said to be transmitted by respiratory droplets, there is a higher probability of aerosol transmission as well. So wherever you are what ever you do, you are in risk of infecting with this minute devil. But you can very easily lower the risk and run away from this devil by simply following the below given guidelines.

You are very likely to get caught with COVID 19 via eyes, nose and mouth. If you do not stay 1 meter apart from the infected person and if you have close contacts with him/her, you are definitely succeptible to get infected with SARS-CoV-2 virus. But how can we recognize the infected person? You may be that infected person. The person sits next to you while you are reading this may be that infected person. You may be asymptomatic or presymptomatic and so you cannot recognize even your infection. So at first, as a preventive measure, don't think that you are impermeable to Corona and act smart by not obeying the given guidelines. That is for the betterment of you and for the betterment of person next to you.

Day by day the number of infected people increases. That means day by day, the possibility of infecting you with this particular virus increases. The reason for saying so is increasing the number of infected people is directly proportional to the number of virus that evolve around you.

Eventhough you get tired of hearing same thing again and again, we cannot stop talking about this topic, because we have the tendency of infecting with SARS-CoV-2 virus than any other day.

Just by simply touching an object touched by an infectted person, you will get contaminated with the virus. Even speaking with such person without keeping required 1 meter of distance in between you two, you will get infected.

So please,

Wear a surgical mask to everywhere. If you can, please wear two masks at once.

Avoid gatherings; clubs, functions, choir practises, temples, etc as much as you can.

Follow respiratory etiquette.

Sanitize your hand always. (It will dry your hands, but it is better than having sever acute respiratory syndrome)

Physically distance yourself with everyone around you eventhough they appear normal. (atleast 1 meter)

Give enough ventilation to your house by opening windows.

Stop touching every tangible thing that you see specially in the public setting.

Hand hygiene is a must to follow. Always wash your hands with soap or rub hand with an alcohol based sanitizer.

Make these things a habbit, a trend.

Get vaccinated if you have a capability.

You may be young and a person with good fitness, but think about the child at your home and the old man you meet on the road. Being yourself healthy and free from this virus is really a big contribution to your society. So be a responsible person and a responsible leader by following these simple guidelines and by making others know about these facts.
